An initiative encouraging children to get outdoors is being supported for another year.
PlayingOut - from charity 'Isle of Play' - is a free-to-access mobile play scheme which gives opportunities for youngsters in Island communities to take part in activities such as building dens, using water slides and getting the chance to make new friends.
Now, thanks to sponsorship from Manx Gas, the project will run for a futher 12 months allowing it to continue bringing its activities throughout each of the school holidays, excluding Christmas.
PlayingOut is touring the Island this summer running 10 sessions a week at 10 different locations and welcomed more than 7000 kids during last year.
