Children can swim for free at the NSC this winter, to help families with the cost of living.
Government says the five-month scheme will start on Monday October 31, and means that school children won’t be charged to swim on weekdays between 4:30-7pm.
It will also be free for one parent or guardian to join a primary school child to ‘encourage participation.’
Children and parents will still have to pay to swim on weekends and school holidays.
