First Day of Out2Play Scheme
For any parents struggling to think what to do to occupy their children over the Easter break the Children’s Centre will be running their Out2Play Scheme.
The free open access play scheme is aiming to get to around 14 locations over the Easter Break, running from today through to Friday 16th April.
It’s building on the last time such a programme was run and will be offering two 2 hour sessions every day, they’re being held indoors to avoid any issues with the weather.
Today they will be in Onchan School Sports Hall from 10 till 12, and Ballasalla School Hall from 2 to 4, tomorrow they will be at Castle Rushen High School and Jurby at that same times.
The scheme operates an open access policy meaning children are free to come and go as they please, it’s open to kids aged from 5 to 11 years with Parents welcome to stay and join in.
