Childhood obesity is one of the greatest public challenges facing the Isle of Man today.
That's according to the Island's Director of Public Health, Dr Henrietta Ewart, in a report on the subject released today.
It says that around a quarter of Island children are overweight or obese at the age of five.
Adopting healthy lifestyles has been promoted as the first strategic goal of the Department of Health and Social Care in their five-year strategy.
