Chief says Budget projections aren't always sustainable

Finances are moving in the right direction - but government can be blown off course.

That's the message from the Chief Minister in response to this year's Budget announcements - he says close management and contingency planning will keep finances afloat.

The Health Service ran £10 million over its allocated financial plan last year - causing an imbalance in the overall budget.
