The Chief Minister says he will assess whether a government reshuffle is needed over the summer.
Tynwald has now gone into recess and Allan Bell says it is a good time to assess who has been working well.
He says despite the break it will be a busy period with the main priorities being re balancing the budget and looking at the scope of government.
Mr Bell says the work won’t stop and hasn’t ruled out a cabinet change.
