Tomorrow will see the implementation of the most radical changes since the start of the current Chief Minister's ministerial government.
Allan Bell has restructured government - axing one department , merging two others and combining the Water and Sewerage Authority and MEA.
The streamlining is a chance to cut internal bureaucracy and reduce running costs in an effort to protect frontline services.
The creation of a Cabinet Office will also see a Minister for Policy and Reform co-ordinate new policies going forward - Mr Bell says he thinks this is the most important change:
