 
                            The Chief Minister has retaliated against bus drivers and their union, saying it's time to get real.
Allan Bell spoke out after three days of strike action last week which resulted in reduced services and contingency plans brought in especially for school transport.
Mr Bell said it was the union Unite which contributed towards the revised contracts and the drivers themselves rejected new deals.
Negotiations are now under way again in a bid to prevent further industrial action.
Mr Bell says the union must accept the reality of the situation:
