The Islands Chief Minister has sent a letter to neighbours Cumbria to express the Island sympathy for their residents after a traumatic week for them.
Gunman Derek Bird went on a rampage killing 12 people and injuring 25.
Chief Minister Tony Brown said in the letter that the Government and Island residents are thinking of the people of cumbria in the aftermanth of the terrible event.
