The Chief Minister Alf Cannan is in the Channel Islands today at the British-Irish Council Summit.
The event is being hosted by Guernsey and is focusing on childhood development and wellbeing.
The meeting sees heads of government and ministers from the UK, Ireland and Crown Dependencies gathering to discuss issues.
It's Mr Cannan's ninth BIC summit.
