The pandemic will continue to impact on the lives of many in our community in the years ahead.
That's according to Chief Minister Alf Cannan, in response to the Independent Covid Review, which was published this week.
He adds that the findings make clear that there are lessons to be learned and things that could have been done differently, but there are also aspects of the Covid response of which the Island can be proud.
The government did not have advance sight of the 3,600 page report, and so will have more to say in response in the coming days and weeks.
