Chief Minister Howard Quayle says action will be taken if evidence of tax wrongdoing comes to light.
In the House of Keys yesterday, Mr Quayle said there will be no complacency when the Island's reputation is challenged.
His speech came after an appearance on BBC's Panaroma on Monday night, following accusations about how the Isle of Man imports aircrafts.
The Chief Minister says the Isle of Man is not a place that welcomes people trying to evade or avoid taxes.
