Flybe does not appreciate the significance of the Island's patient transfer service.
That's the view of the Chief Minister who last week met with the chief executive of the company Saad Hammad.
The pair had a 'frank discussion' over the airline's decision to close its base at Ronaldsway.
Flybe is contracted to run the transfer service to Liverpool which is used around 13,000 times a year - it's worth £1.6 million.
