Chief Minister Alf Cannan has accused former health minister Lawrie Hooper of walking away from a financial mess at Manx Care which others now need to fix.
In the House of Keys this week, he faced questions from Mr Hooper about Manx Care's finances, audits and future plans.
Mr Cannan said the organisation hadn't lived up to its financial plans for the year.
And he said after taking over as health minister, that's something he now has to deal with:
