Chief Constable takes break from 'angry & hostile' social media

The Island's Chief Constable is taking a break from social media.

Gary Roberts made the announcement in a Tweet last night.

Mr Roberts has described social media as "Angry, hostile echo chambers".

He adds this isn't good for anyone and for the public to stay safe and well.
