Chief being questioned on TV licensing

The Chief Minister has been asked to explain how Manx residents benefit from paying for a TV licence.

The Celtic League has written to Allan Bell asking if government holds statistics on how much money is collected from Islanders.
 
It also queries how BBC Ellan Vannin funds its services and if there are any other territories in which services are delivered - but no licence fee is levied.
