A chef's won a payout of more than £6,000 from a restaurant in Douglas which has now closed.
Clive Moyo took out the case against Villa Fusion in Douglas, which closed last month after the death of one of its directors.
The hearing was told he hadn't been given a contract, hadn't received payslips and hadn't been fully paid after working there for five months until leaving last September.
Chairman Douglas Stewart said all three allegations had been proven, and awarded Mr Moyo a total of £6,365.
