Professional and aspiring chefs are invited to compete for two upcoming local competitions.
Those who apply to for 'Isle of Man Chef of the year' and 'Isle of Man Amateur Cook of the Year' must have a passion for local ingredients.
Shortlisted chefs will compete at heats at the College on Thursday, June 20 at 2pm - with two finalists going head-to-head at the Food and Drink Festival on Sunday, September 15 at 1pm.
Then the final amateur cooks will compete on Friday, August 9 - proceeding to the Food and Drink Festival on Sunday, September 15 at 3pm.
The Winner of the Chef competition will receive an all expenses paid experience working in one of the London's Premier restaurants, and the Amateur competition winner will receive a kitchen appliance worth £800.
