Isle of Man Samaritans is reminidng people to check in and always look out for one another.
Ahead of World Mental Health Day this Saturday (10th October), the charity is urging people to support anyone who might be struggling during the coronavirus pandemic.
Centred around the belief everyone has the ability to make a difference, its resources provide information on how to help someone having suicidal thoughts, what to do if someone is self-harming, as well as guidance on self-care.
Samaritans will also be sharing useful thoughts and resources on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram throughout World Mental Health Day including some new online resources on supporting somebody who is self-harming.
