A Manx charity is seeking volunteers to help with the Coast 2 Coast Walk next month.
Sight Matters will hold the annual event on Sunday, September 5 beginning at 1.30pm.
It's expected to have around 600 participants, similar to last year's event which raised £8,000 for the sight impairment charity.
The walk involves a lap around the NSC track and follows the Heritage Trail from the NSC in Douglas to the House of Manannan in Peel.
A shorter 3-mile route will also start at St John's school.
Debbie Thomson, from Sight Matters says even a couple of hours volunteering will help.
If you could lend a helping hand, you're asked to email dthomson@mbws.org.im.
