Men on the Island are being encouraged to join in the 'Go Dad Run' event on Sunday.
There will be five and 10K runs for men and boys on Sunday to raise awareness and money for the charity Prostate Cancer UK.
They will start at the Sea Terminal on Douglas Promenade at 10.30am.
The events were set up by Olympic hurdler Colin Jackson and his sister Suzanne after their two uncles developed prostate cancer:
