Manx Wild Bird aid came to the rescue of a seagull yesterday, after the bird got itself into a bizzare predicament.
The gull had somehow got itself trapped in fencing on Monday and volunteers were soon on hand to help free it.
In a post on social media, the charity says as well as caring for a large number of birds, it's currently rehabilitating. and is in 'desperate' need of volunteers - in particular in the south of the Island.
Those who could help can phone 473582, or if you can't volunteer, you can send a donation or buy something from MWB's Amazon wishlist.
