A local charity is asking the public to 'dig deep' to help a woman who looks after the Island's Hedgehogs.
The Manx Wildlife Trust took to social media to make the appeal.
'Vera - The Hedgehog Lady of Peel' has been hailed as 'fantastic' and 'selfless' for looking after the Island's injured and ill prickly friends.
Now, the charity wants to say thank you - so is organising a drop-off point for supplies for the Hedgehogs to help Vera over the winter months.
People are asked to donate Hedgehog or cat food and wood shavings - they can be dropped off at the MWT Gift shop in Peel.
