Charges against a man from County Durham who was accused of assault have been dropped.
Prosecutors have offered no evidence in the case against 45-year-old Nicholas Robert Rowbotham who's from Hartlepool.
He'd previously denied the charge, and one of provoking behaviour, from November 13th last year.
This week Magistrates awarded costs in Mr Rowbotham's favour of just over £1,350.
