Changes to Manx police force on the horizon

Change is on the horizon for police here as attempts are made to align the force with UK standards.

The chief constable says the current system for dealing with the management of police officers is 'old fashioned'.

One new way of monitoring the performance of officers is to regularly test their fitness levels, which will be introduced in the next few months.
