Manx Care will be updating its health visiting service for children aged up to five.
The current seven-to-nine-month review will now take place at 12 months, along with the existing health reviews of youngsters.
The service assesses your child's development from pregnancy to school.
The service will be updated in line with Public Health England's guidelines from March.
