 
                            
The Islands Chief Minister announced today that following the recent Douglas East by-election, proxy and absent voting processes, including the forms is to be reviewed.
The recent election came under fire after allegations of corrupt or illegal practice within the proxy voting process.
A police investigation was launched leading to five arrests.
Chief Minister Tony Brown said he want the outcome of the review as a matter of urgency.
He said a number of appropriate changes will be made before next years House of Keys General Election.
