The Department of Infrastructure will make changes to schemes supporting first-time buyers after a public consultation ends.
So says DOI member Lawrie Hooper MHK, who faced questions on the issue in Tynwald this week.
Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse asked what changes are being planned to help people get on the property ladder.
Mr Hooper said as well as changes to the shared equity scheme, two other programmes are also being updated:
