The Islands Chief Minister has announced a change in the recruitment process for the First and Second Deemsters and the Attorney General, which are being advertised.
The new panel will be formed of Isle of Man representatives.
They will make recommendations to the UK Secretary of State for Justice for appointment by Her Majesty.
