Changes have been made to the racing schedule for the Festival of Motorcycling.
The event which now encompasses the Manx Grand Prix gets underway on August17th.
The altered timetable affects the first day of racing on Saturday 24th, when roads will now close at midday instead of 2pm.
The Department of Infrastructure wanted an earlier start to minimise disruption to the travelling public as the original timetable ran into the evening.
If there are no unexpected delays the roads around the course will reopen at 6pm.
