A primary school in the south of the Island is to see a change in its two most senior staff.
The Department of Education, Sport and Culture wrote to parents yesterday saying the head and deputy head at Rushen Primary School have been seconded to other duties.
As a result, they'll be absent from the school for the rest of the term.
Simon Murphy, the head of Scoill Phurt le Moirrey, has taken over as interim head.
