Chamber says Budget is 'unsurprising'

This year's Budget announcements have been "unsurprising" and "fairly neutral".

That's the feedback the Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce has received from its private-sector members:

Chief executive Jane Dellar says trying to save £2 million in the next financial year isn't a 'particularly challenging target'.

However she says more people now face the prospect of being able to get on the property ladder which is positive:
