Chairman of Island\'s Commonwealth Youth Games Committee Reacts to Bowl Funding Cut
In light of the Government’s recent decision to withdraw funding to the proposed redevelopment plans for the Bowl thoughts turn to the Commonwealth Games in 2011.
It was always hoped the games would be the catalyst for the redevelopment, its now looking like this wont be the case due to the Government assessing their finances and cutting back dramatically.

Geoff Karran is both the Chairman for Isle of Man Sport and the Commonwealth Games Committee, he said the news is a majory dissapointment and could have a negative effect on the 2011 Commonwealth Games.
