The results of the 2016 Isle of Man Census are a "wake-up call" for the government.
That's the admission from the Policy and Reform Minister after statistics showed the Island's population has fallen:
Since the census was undertaken almost a year ago there have been signs things are starting to increase again - government says it highlights the importance of growing the working population.
