Celtic League question Island's financial fraud protection

What measures are in place to protect the Island from financial fraud?

That's the latest query from The Celtic League.
 
Treasury Minister Eddie Teare is being asked to shed some light on current measures preventing fraudsters from beating the system. 
 
It's in the wake of recent investigations headed by the UK National Crime Agency involving Manx-based companies. 
 
Director of Information Bernard Moffatt wants to know if the Financial Intelligence Unit and the Financial Supervision Commission are 'robust enough'. 
 
Answers on the cost of operations and the scrutiny of substantial movements of money have also been requested.
