Isle of Man Transport says its most common complaint is that bus drivers drive past people waiting at stops - but CCTV shows there was nobody there.
A Freedom of Information request to the Department of Infrastructure asked how many complaints it gets about bus drivers each year.
In 2022, there were 359 complaints while last year there were 376.
So far this year, Bus Vannin says it's had just 113.
