The Isle of Man's Mark Cavendish has cycled his way into the history books.
His nickname 'Manx Missile' has been replaced by 'Green Giant' in much of today's national press after winning the Green Jersey at the Tour de France.
He also smashed all previous records by sprinting to victory on the Champs Elysees three years in a row.
The 26 year old has been called the 'greatest sprinter in cycling history' by fellow Tour de France cyclist David Millar.
He told 3FM there's not much time for celebrating as its straight back on the bike tomorrow. (audio above)
His team HTC-Highroad completed the 2011 Tour de France as the team with the most victories; five for Cavendish and one on Saturday for Germany's Tony Martin.
