Cat burglar's reign of terror in Onchan

Residents in Onchan say they're fur-ious about a cat who's been terrorising their neighbourhood.

A woman on a Manx Facebook group says the ginger and white tomcat has been bullying her pets, breaking into her cats' food boxes and scoffing 20 pouches in a single night.

Her post prompted a number of people in the Birch Hill area to report similar problems with the same cat-burglar, including a woman who say on one occasion it stole nine sachets of food.

Local cat owners have been posting pictures of their pets, but so far the purr-petrator remains unidentified.
