The MHK for Castletown says the town has suffered a downturn – but it will pick itself up.
That’s according to Richard Ronan who says he believes the retail sector will get back on track.
He’s responded to comments made by a local businessman who is planning to change his retail units into a residential accommodation.
Most recently Tesco has been one big name retailer which has shown an interest in investing in the town but plans have never come to fruition.
