Negotiations on the future of a historic police station in the south of the Island are underway.
That's according to Treasury Minister Alf Cannan was quizzed by Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse in Tynwald this week.
Mr Moorhouse asked the minister what role his department plays in selling government property, and if talks had begun on selling the old Castletown police station.
In response, Mr Cannan confirmed that negotiations have started.
