A well-known hotel on the Langness peninsula has been sold.
Developer Dandara says it's sold the Castletown Golf Links Hotel to Manx Bird Life and Langness Golf Course Limited.
The site has been empty since 2007, and plans to redevelop the hotel were rejected more than a decade ago.
Dandara says the peninsula is culturally and ecologically important and it's glad to have reached an agreement.
