The Department of Education, Sport and Culture has unveiled plans to build a new swimming pool and sports hub at Castle Rushen High School.
The masterplan to redevelop the school has been now made public, and Education Minister Julie Edge says it will be a significant investment in the South.
The plan includes a replacement secondary school, including a sports hub with a six-lane swimming pool and changing facilities.
Expected to be finished by 2030, the school will be built first, followed by the sports block and pool.
