Castle Pharmacy in Castletown is closed today, and will not provide out-of-hours service tomorrow.
The health department confirmed the news and says it's due to 'unforseen circumstances'.
Any patient needing a pharmacy can attend the Lloyds Pharmacy in Castletown, which is open until 1pm this afternoon.
The government addednot all medicines can be supplied under the emergency system.
