A landmark hotel in Douglas has been sold at auction.
The Castle Mona Hotel has stood empty for almost 10 years and been on the market since 2011.
A planned sale last year fell through, and the Sefton Group - which owns the building - put it up for auction again today.
When the hammer fell, it sold for £1.21 million.
