A Douglas man accused of damaging a police vehicle has had the case against him dropped after CCTV went missing.
59-year-old Graham Peter Skillicorn, of Cushag Road, was facing two charges of damaging property at Noble's Hospital.
It had been alleged he'd carried out the offences on April 20th.
However at Douglas Courthouse on Thursday the prosecutor withdrew the charges telling Magistrates: "The CCTV has gone missing".
