A UK cartoonist who works for national newspapers has shared sketches he made in the Isle of Man.
David Simonds' work has featured in titles such as the Economist, the Observer and the Guardian.
On social media, he wished his followers a happy new year - and showed off drawings from the Isle of Man he'd made in his new sketchbook.
The images include dog walkers and a vehicle belonging to the Manx Fish Pickles & Pate fish bar on Peel Promenade.
