Port Erin Commissioners say they're calling off their Christmas Carol concert because of fears over coronavirus.
The board says it was due to hold the event on December 16.
However, with rising Covid cases on the island and new rules about wearing face masks, the event has now been cancelled.
The local authority says it hopes the service will return as normal next year.
