 
                            95 per cent of childcare plans for children in care on the Isle of Man are made within the required time frame:
That's the Health and Social Care Minister - in the House of Keys last week he was quizzed on how long it takes to agree a plan and alert those caring for the child.
Onchan MHK Peter Karran also raised concerns about safeguards and whether there are any in place to ensure families are kept up to date in a timely manner.
