New legislation to ban people from smoking in cars where children are present will be discussed by the Council of Ministers.
That’s according to Chief Minister Allan Bell who says the Department of Health is considering following the UK’s lead on the matter.
The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture would be responsible for implementing legislation under the Tobacco Act.
