Chief Minister Alf Cannan says there'll be significant increases to personal tax allowances for "those who most need" it this year.
In Tynwald this morning, Tuesday, January 20, Mr Cannan announced the changes will be brought in as part of February's budget.
It's being done alongside the minimum wage rise in April, which will now be slashed to a five percent uplift instead of 9.9 percent.
